Sutton is a certified Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)-Trakhees Third Party Independent Commissioning Consultant.  We are hence approved to execute green building commissioning works with the Dubai World Jurisidiction. Commissioning falls under the 32 mandatory points required to achieve Green Building Certification.

This mandatory certification is accomplished by engaging in the following activities:

• Comprehensive Commissioning Plan identifying purpose and scope of commissioning and specific responsibilities. Time schedules, documentation submission programs and coordination plans are formulated.
  

• Coordination of all stakeholders and disciplines during the construction phase to eliminate MEP installation defects and ensure system performance in accordance with Owner Project Requirements and Concept Design.

• Post handover participation in training and review of O and M documentation including off-season testing as outlined in the specifications.
